The Great Glen by Canoe

Using The Inch Hotel as the starting point guests can explore Loch Ness for the day. In addition to exploring Loch Ness, discover the beautiful surroundings from a totally different perspective, get closer to nature along the way and learn some paddling skills with Boots N Paddles expert guides.

Take to the Hills

There are so many potential days out in the hills. With the likes of Ben Nevis, Glen Shiel, Kintail in close proximity as well as a couple of Munros on the banks of Loch Lochy, walkers can take to the hills on a day walk accompanied by an expert guide who will ensure guests reach the summit safely while imparting some of his/ her local knowledge on the way!

Ascent & Descent Adventure Day

Ideal for novices or more experienced climbers alike, our climbing and abseiling day gives you the opportunity to learn the ropes - as it were! Our guides will tailor the coaching to suit guests’ level of climbing and abseiling skills. As the saying goes “What goes up must come down” - not only will you be learning about the great sport of climbing, but also just how to descend after you’ve conquered!

Wow Activity Day

Spend the morning on bikes and the afternoon walking on water! Departing on bikes from the Inch Hotel, you will experience part of the Great Glen Way, with the chance to view breathtaking scenery and wildlife en route. This will be followed by a WoW ball session taking place on the Inchnacardoch Bay where you will climb inside a giant inflatable sphere and once we seal you up, you go off onto the water, attempt to stand up and in theory – Walk on Water!
