Room Rates
The below rates are inclusive of bed and full Scottish breakfast, based on two people sharing.
Corporate rates for companies looking to book multiple rooms over extended periods are available upon request.
Please note that a daily £8.95 energy surcharge will be applied to your reservation upon departure
Children up to the age of 2 years in foldaway beds are complimentary, however any meals taken will be charged pro-rata. Extra bed (3 years and over) are £30 per night
Deposit: One night per room deposit is required on all bookings
Cancellation policy: 7 days
If cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date, full room costs are charged
If cancelled before 7 days of arrival date a refund will be given of the deposit paid
Please note that different terms and conditions will apply for booking of 10 rooms nights or more
Dogs are charged at £20 per dog per night
Exclusive Use Rates
2023 - £4500.00 per night*
2024 - £4750.00 per night*
*please note there is a minimum two night stay required on all exclusive use bookings June through September
To confirm an exclusive use booking a 50% deposit will be charged at time of booking, this is non-refundable with full pre-payment 60 days prior to arrival which is again non-refundable. Exclusive use bookings are liable to 60 day cancellation.
